Payment & Refund Policy

Course fees must be paid up front. Doing so allows us to get enough instructors for the number of students, purchase and bring enough course books for everyone, course reports, and other materials, and ensure we have enough students to run a course.

Course fees are non-refundable unless you give cancellation notice with at least 1 weeks notice or if I must cancel a class altogether.

We can move you to a different course date if given notice. eg: if you’re sick the day before and you send me an email or text letting me know you can’t make it, we’ll rebook you to another date that works.

No refunds for:

• Failing a course
• No show or being late
• Cheating during the test
