What is the Restricted Firearms License?

To legally own or purchase restricted firearms in Canada (such as most handguns), you must first complete the Canadian Firearms Safety Course (CFSC) and then complete the Canadian Restricted Firearms Safety Course (CRFSC). Once completed, you can apply for your PAL+RPAL through the RCMP.
